My name is Briggs and I am an Australian Labradoodle. I am a lucky dog. I have a two-legger who loves me, takes me for walks, plays with me on the beach and brings me to lots of parks in the city.
We love our adventures together. When the air is blowing through our hair and we smell the fresh air... I think - Freedom! The only drawback is that I need to be on a leash - holding me back from playing with squirrels, crossing in traffic, and running wild on the beach. It’s kind of a bummer but it keeps me safe.
On our city or beach adventures all we want to do is coast and enjoy life.
What I began to notice was that my two-legger mom was having a hard time juggling me, a cup of coffee, keys, phone, and of course my ball! She was always fumbling around with too much in her hands. Then when we visited our favorite places that I wasn’t allowed to go in, she tried to tie me up. She is not the best at knots but I’m good and don’t get loose. After months of watching her constantly fumble, I began to put my smarts towards a solution.
I wanted to create a leash that fit my mom’s busy life and my desire for freedom!
Mom likes boating as much as she loves the city. We go from salty air to the metro chic city. I had to make sure my style matched her outfits. That’s when I came up with the Original Coast Line and the Metro Line. Products that match our lifestyle.
Mom can use this stylish leash in many different ways and most importantly it gives her and me freedom. I made sure she could walk me on a traditional leash, or snap the hook and use it as a hands-free sling. She can also walk me and my cousin Lola on the same leash. Lastly, as a safety precaution for my newest cousin Charlie, she made sure she could loop and snap him to a tree or pole rather than trying to tie and secure him. He is wild!
My mom loved the leash so much, she decided more dogs and two-leggers would benefit from the product. But there was one part still missing to make ‘coasting’ perfect for America. I’m fortunate to have such a great family and I take pride in protecting them. Through our partnership with Alpha Bravo Canine, I will donate 5% of our proceeds to help support our soldiers who have so bravely fought for our Freedom.
